All check-in and check-out times and attendance tables are always available on the Web!

Check-ins and check-outs can be added manually or using a special reader.

Card or PIN reader

Thanks to the wonderful Kindertap reader, kids and staff can check-in and check-out using a card or a PIN.

Recording can therefore be made by each single user and check-in and check-out times are accurate and certified.

Absence justification from app

No more morning calls needed, since parents can justify the absence directly from the app.

The justification can be completed with some notes (useful for specifying the absence cause) for one or more days.

Meal list

Do you need to extract the meal list day by day to send to the kitchen or to the canteen supplier?

With Kindertap you get the report with the total meals divided by diet and with the summary of food intolerances/allergies of the day.

Fill out a data collection form to monitor the health of the kids, of the people accompanying them and of the internal staff and prepare self-declarations dedicated to families.

The forms are fully customizable and can be completed by school staff or by the parent, from the app or from the web.

Booking of calendar events

Do you want to allow parents to book entrances or attendances to events, such as a meeting or a party?

With the Kindertap calendars you can plan events and set the access criteria (e.g. max 50 students enrolled in the swimming pool course, max 5 entrances between 8:00 AM and 8:15 AM) and parents can book the reservation directly from the app.
